The sectional has been delivered. Up to now everything has been wonderful with customer support. They called to i want to know about each stage of the delivery and also emailed. Cant wait for it to reach. Ill post images and update my assessment when it arrives. New update: The couch looks great. And Lindsey Redford from customer support is AMAZING!!! She was thus helpful and stayed in contact with me concerning the sectional to ensure everything was perfect and taken care of. The sectional does say black and says linen blend. And I assumed from the photo it may be and off black/ charcoal color, but it is just black. Im fine with it but thought it will be a little lighter.
Just simply received this couch yesterday (soon after waiting a month and having the delivery time changed multiple situations), and it's not precisely what I was hoping for. True, it's very pretty and has a definite modern look, which I love.$deeptt However the cushions are very hard and uncomfortable. Similar to sitting on the floor than a couch. I would wish to have the ability to return it and find something a bit more conducive to relaxation, but $151 just to return it! Sorry, can't do that. One star for the aesthetics, but nothing at all else. Very unhappy with this purchase. Pros: Modern, simple to assemble Cons: Very uncomfortable, hard cushions, too expensive to return, looks cheap
