The sectional is being delivered. Up to now everything has been superb with customer service. They called to i want to know about each stage of the delivery and also emailed. Cant await it to arrive. Ill post images and update my assessment when it arrives. New revise: The couch looks superb. And Lindsey Redford from customer service is AMAZING!!! She was hence helpful and stayed in touch with me relating to the sectional to ensure everything was perfect and taken care of. The sectional does say dark-colored and says linen mix. And I assumed from the photo it can be and off dark-colored/ charcoal color, but it is just black. Im excellent with it but thought it would be a little lighter.
The same as how it looks in the picture! Came in 3 boxes. Assembly required. Although, I've not completely assembled it together yet. I positioned it to where I could check out if anything was missing. I love it, its not too organization, very comfortable back support pillows. the Chaise is normally long enough for me personally to stretch out to where my feet wouldn't normally fall off the couch (5'6-5'8). Couch + ottoman is medium size and both sits lower to the ground and it looks exactly how it is described. I've no cons because I had not been looking to get a large/tall sectional, therefore i didn't expect large or tall features. It is exactly what I was expecting for the sizes and proportions that was advertised. Pros: Great benefit, easy assembly, appears like the picture, not overweight, sturdy, good support
